Chef Dibyendu Ghosh, our Managing Director, brings over 29 years of expertise in the hotel and hospitality industry.
A graduate of IHM, he began his career as a Kitchen Executive Trainee at Ambassador Pallava. He honed his skills at ITC Maurya Sheraton under Celebrity Chef Imtiaz Qureshi and Chef Gev Desai. His journey continued at ITC Baroda and included leadership roles at Holiday Inn Agra and Ooty, as well as The Fort Radisson.
Internationally, he led kitchens at Kathmandu Crown Plaza and Carlson Ukraine. As a key member of pre-opening teams, he established production facilities at Pride Hotel, Ahmedabad. A member of the Indian Federation of Culinary Association and World Chefs' Association, Chef Ghosh is HACCP certified.
Avijit Banerjee, our Director, has over 27 years of experience in the hotels and hospitality industry.
A graduate of IAM, he embarked on his journey as a Management Trainee at Cidade de Goa, followed by a tenure at The Retreat, Mumbai, where he specialized in Restaurant & Banquet Operation Management under Mr. Subrata Banerjee. Avijit's career progressed with roles at Best Western Surya, New Delhi, Holiday Inn Manali, Sterling Darjeeling, and Taj Ahmedabad.
As a key member of pre-opening teams, he played a crucial role in establishing the Coffee Shop and Banquets at The Fort Radisson, Raichawk, Kolkata.
His expertise spans both Front and Back of the House operations, evident from his last assignment in the Club Division of Ambuja Neotia Hospitality Group. Avijit Banerjee's extensive knowledge and leadership make him a valuable asset to our team.
Moloy Sarkar, a career hotelier, holds two prestigious diplomas in Hotel Management along with an MBA. His journey began with The Trident Group, where he underwent comprehensive training as a management trainee in vital departments like housekeeping, food & beverage, and front office.
Throughout his career, Moloy has served in key roles such as General Manager, playing instrumental roles in operations. Notable achievements include successfully revitalizing Margaret's Deck, an iconic Tea Lounge under the Goodricke Group Ltd in 2017-18. He has also contributed his expertise to esteemed establishments like the Polo Towers Group of Hotels and Sinclair's Hotels & Resorts.
